Jasdeep Singh Kaler

Global Product Head – Infosys Nia, EdgeVerve Systems Ltd

Jasdeep leads Infosys’s Artificial Intelligence platform Infosys Nia. A product leader with more than 22+ years of experience in developing enterprise products, he has led multiple products from idea to cash and has conceptualized key components for mission critical enterprise class products. Jasdeep is an expert in leading large-scale organizational change management, business transformation and technology initiatives. In his current role he is responsible for product strategy, product management, R&D and Expert services of Infosys Nia.
Jasdeep is passionate about business agility and lean product development in organizations. He is an expert in Lean and Agile methodologies, a certified SAFe Program Consultant and a regular speaker at events. His current interest areas are industrializing AI in enterprises and improving speed of value delivery of AI in them and he is also part of NASSCOM’s Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Automation Research Council.

Michael Sonsteng

Head – Legal Process Management, Infosys BPM

Michael is the global head of the LPM (Legal Process Management) division for Infosys BPM. This role gives Michael overall responsibility for Infosys BPM’s quality, affordable legal services to its various corporate and law firm clients. Responsibilities include P&L, budgeting, solutions, overall personnel management, quality process management, division strategy, sales, marketing, and high-level client management.

Previously, Michael headed all of Integreon’s delivery of legal services in India, including Mumbai and Delhi (Noida). Michael was also responsible for business development for Integreon for Australia and the rest of the APAC region. Michael was instrumental in assisting clients with initiating new process-driven legal delivery centers and new legal service lines that provide measurable results at significant cost savings. Michael served as interim co-general counsel and set up numerous projects and organized and set up all legal operations at Integreon’s Manila facility. Michael played a key role in expanding the Legal Solutions vertical.

Prior to joining Integreon, Michael was a complex civil litigation attorney in multi-jurisdictional private practice. Michael was also a former Assistant County Attorney, prosecuting fraud crimes amongst other general felonies. Additionally, Michael was an adjunct law professor at two law schools.

Sukalp Sharma

GHD Digital’s Global Practice Director – Intelligent Automation

With close to 20 years’ experience in transforming organisations by leveraging a range of digital and emerging technology solutions, Sukalp is the Global Practice Director of Intelligent Automation at GHD Digital. He has a strong digital mindset and a penchant for effective execution through collaborative leadership.

In developing GHD Digital’s global Intelligent Automation Practice, Sukalp is establishing a team to target clients in asset intensive industries with value added sector specific automation solutions. Successfully leading this team, he wishes to deliver rapid digital transformation outcomes by developing and assimilating digital workers, both within GHD and at our clients’ organisations.

Sukalp is passionate about emerging digital technologies including robotic process automation, cognitive and machine learning, chatbot analytics and wider artificial intelligence. He was most recently the CEO at Mindfields Australia and New Zealand and has worked for EY, KPMG and Oracle.

In his association with Mindfields, Sukalp helped numerous Australian organisations (including existing GHD clients like FMG and Water Corporation) assess and successfully implement Intelligent Automation solutions with the aim of reducing costs, creating workforce capacity and in some cases increasing revenue whilst managing risks. In addition to his technology focus spanning across the Digital technology spectrum, he helped launch a number a productised services in the Automation space including setting-up successful Automation Centres of Excellence (CoEs) for many Australian and global organisations.
